PRIVATE TRAINING!

My approach to private training is to educate my clients how the body works and why we do what we are doing. We will work together to transform your body and also your mentality around working out and a healthy lifestyle. Everyone operates differently, so why would everyone train the same way, we also don't move in isolation so why would we train in isolation. I use the body as a system in order to get results.


WEDDING TRAINING!

After our first consultation call, you will receive a customized workout plan tailored to your fitness goals, fitness level and equipment access. All are welcome, from beginners to advanced, whether you’re looking to build strength, lose weight, or generally just feel good. We will work together on transforming your body and your mind. To help hold you accountable, we will have a weekly check in to go over your online training schedule and lifestyle goals.

  • Let me first start out by saying it is not easy to find a trainer in New York City. I spoke with several people before meeting Mitch by happen chance. Mitch was training another woman in my building and after seeing them train together for several weeks (and being very impressed by what I saw) I finally approached him about training me for my wedding.

    We trained together for about 6 months leading up to the big day, not only did he do a fantastic job listening to my goals, he also reminded me to enjoy this time and process and not go overboard (something that is very difficult to do when you’re in the thick of it) His workouts are challenging, fun and he keeps things new and refreshing so you’re not doing the same workout over and over again.     I met Mitch in August of 2022. After spending a summer training and a November wedding on the horizon, I was feeling focused but honestly on edge about achieving my goals. Mitch met me with ease, the most fun and achievable outlook on fitness and some kick ass methods that truly kicked my ass.

    A month in there was a moment where someone had said something really hurtful about my body and I was in such a tight headspace of trying to look good that it deeply hurt me and messed with me. I came to my session that morning filled with tears and loads of insecurity Mitch was there for me as a friend, and reaffirmed my confidence that I could reach my goals, and honestly “f*** that girl who said those mean things to you”. He instilled in me that I do not need him, and that every goal I achieved was because I did it myself. While I certainly believe that now, and felt so good and so strong on my wedding day, Mitch’s friendship and coaching was a strong reason that got me there. Now he’s always in my ear when I’m even working out alone “PELVIC TILT” rings loudly when I do anything. I see so many people at the gym not focusing on these small details that Mitch has helped me with, that have genuinely made me stronger and see long lasting results.

  • Mitch was the BEST trainer as we were working to get in shape for our wedding! He actually ended up becoming one of our best friends. He pushed us to work out in a way that was tough, but he was so encouraging and funny that it made it enjoyable.

    We walked away being able to do pull ups, which I, in a million years, would not have thought I could do. In our last session with him before we left town for our wedding, he even brought us a bottle of wine as a congratulations. That’s another part of why we loved him so much. He was realistic with us about what we should give up without compromising living our lives as big restaurant and bar connoisseurs. He offered us alternatives instead of putting us on a strict diet.
